GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Selling a well located 75 acre farm located NW of Odebolt, IA in Section 31 of Cook Township.

FSA indicates: Cropland Acres: 41.86 acres; Corn Base: 24.50 w/PLC yield index of 166; Soybean Base of 12.30 w/yield index of 47.  The cropland includes some of the highest quality, productive soils in Sac County. The balance of the farm is in pastureland with a meandering creek.
